CTS is proud to announce its newest partnership with Steadfast for Veterans, who provides housing for homeless veterans around the country. CTS brings 15 years of multifamily IT management experience and understands the unique needs and challenges of property owners and developers in the multiple occupancy industry. With our 24/7, nationwide support, CTS will be able to support Steadfast on its mission as it continues to grow and expand to other cities and states.

Anthony Roberts, president of Steadfast for Veterans, is excited for our partnership and gave the following statement

"CTS will be able to provide 24/7 security monitoring for the properties Steadfast manages, giving them a safer living environment. Steadfast homes are also being designed as “smart” homes, thus enabling site managers to monitor things such as water usage and interior temperatures. This type of monitoring allows site managers to ensure the homes are working efficiently and the Veterans living in them are okay. The monitoring can also be accessed remotely by Steadfast lead management to coordinate with site managers should security needs arise.

The management offices of Steadfast will also be covered by security monitoring, as well as other CTS services that can include copier and managed print services, digital signage, digital phones using VoIP, and managed Wi-Fi – all of which can receive both onsite and remote support from CTS year-round.
